Ad spend is not included in any ASP fee: you pay it directly to the advertising platform from your own account, and ASP never collects, holds, or marks it up. Ad-spend recommendations for your market are covered on the discovery call. If your pipeline has not reached $10,000 in qualified leads by day 90, your remedy is the guarantee itself: ASP's fees drop to $0 and the work continues at no charge until the $10,000 mark is reached — or you may cancel instead. In either case, every asset built for you during the sprint is yours to keep, transferred to you at no charge: the website and its code, your business accounts, your content, and your data.
